The Mall is technically closed, when the domain came up past due earlier this year I purchased it and Tranz9 was covering hosting however this week the domain went offline when the hosting was not paid. [Clarification] I had stated I was not going to renew the domain leading Tranz to cancel the hosting. The [glow]ONLY[/glow] reason it's online right now is because it uses almost no resources and I have spare space. TRanz9 did nothing wrong and I apologize for the gentle push towards the public transportation vehicle [end clarification]

At this time I moved the mall to one of my own hosting servers and that is where we are now.
As I again own the domain and am now covering hosting the mall will stay online at least for the rest of the domain time, probably longer as I do use the email.

However topics will be locked down so no replies can be made or new topics created as with zero traffic they won't get answered quickly if at all.

So hope that clears up where we are right now.

Hey everyone! So this is something I've been working on for a couple of months. Started this as a 'How I could do it' sort of test for my personal plan with PTW, I wanted to just have a go at making a basic gameplay demo. Now that Dave has left the project, I guess it has now become the actual thing.

It didn't take me long to get to this point, and this is VERY VERY VERY basic, it's just the ability to do grapples and strikes on a stationary opponent. But it is a good start and will work as a backbone for me to get the work on this game rolling. I'm sharing it with you guys so you all know that yes, this project is still going on and you can have a go with a very bare-bones model.

Controls: WASD or arrows to move, O and K to Grapple, L and P to strike.

Wait, your telling me you put out basicly an early access of your PTW, and I can do more than brainbusters? Downloading now.

Wow, this is actually a nice start for a game. Are you using the new free Unity engine for this?

Yes, I am using unity 5 free for this (It should say so in the splash screen when you open the game). I've got a more detailed version hopefully coming soon, rudimentary health, stamina and win conditions is what I am working on, as well as getting the animations to line up with each other properly, etc. It should be moddable, but I am aiming for a game that would not need to be modified, ie, lots of create modes or import functions.

Here's an update! New prototype for you all to try. What's new you ask? Well...

-Physics moves.
The Powerbomb and DDT now utilise a ragdoll so you can use the environment in your moves. It's a little tricky to manoeuvre your stationary opponent but if you can, try powerbombing them into the apron or turnbuckle to see this in action

-Status Bars.
Health, Stamina, Durability and Momentum from top to bottom. Health and Stamina are pretty self explanatory. Momentum increases as you do more moves in a row, the higher the momentum, the more damage you do. Durability is more complicated, but not by much. It shows how likely you are to stay on your feet if you opponent attacks you with a strong strike. Weak strikes will never knock down your opponent, and strong strikes only knock down an opponent if their durability is low enough.
Strong moves do more damage but take more stamina.

-Pinning system
Hit a weak grapple when the opponent is on the floor to pin them. Three count will restart the level.

-Small bug fixes
Prepping work moving forward.

would love as much feedback as possible, good or bad. Please focus on the general style of the game though, yes it's clunky and animations are a bit shit and the art is whack, this is mostly placeholder. Think of the concept rather than the actual thing ;¬)

In the next update, I plan to have the ground work set for more grapple positions. Ropes will be going back in soon (I'm working on a cool set up for them right now). Also hope to let you guys into the character editor.

A week later, multiple downloads, and no responses? Whether you have good things or bad things to say, please leave your feedback or I'll just have to assume no one here is interested and stop posting updates.
