The Mall is technically closed, when the domain came up past due earlier this year I purchased it and Tranz9 was covering hosting however this week the domain went offline when the hosting was not paid. [Clarification] I had stated I was not going to renew the domain leading Tranz to cancel the hosting. The [glow]ONLY[/glow] reason it's online right now is because it uses almost no resources and I have spare space. TRanz9 did nothing wrong and I apologize for the gentle push towards the public transportation vehicle [end clarification]

At this time I moved the mall to one of my own hosting servers and that is where we are now.
As I again own the domain and am now covering hosting the mall will stay online at least for the rest of the domain time, probably longer as I do use the email.

However topics will be locked down so no replies can be made or new topics created as with zero traffic they won't get answered quickly if at all.

So hope that clears up where we are right now.

So I've been wanting to post this for a while, and I finally got round to making a texture for it today so here it is.

Things to note!
1- This is a work in progress!
2- All feedback is not only welcomed but encouraged, even if you have nothing nice to say!
3- I didn't make the face, hands or feet, to credits go to Bitmapworld of Turbosquid, Teknoman and Teknoman respectively!
4- The model should be morphable when it's done, so if you think his arm is too small or something, it'll be something you will be able to change yourself when you have the game!
5- The texture was rushed in places so yeah...
6- You can make the picture bigger/ higher resolution by opening it in a new tab/ downloading it.
Image Image Image Now, the maps have changed a lot from the TWC4/ Remix ones. First change is that there is now only 3 maps, not 5, for a number of reasons. All body parts are on one map, which means the MDTs will unfortunately no longer work without quite a bit of editing. The second map is a specular map, which defines how shiny the guy is in a certain place. This is particularly useful for a guy like Randy Orton who uses a lot of body oil and is pretty damn shiny. It also allows you to set the trunks to be mega shiny but the skin to be completely dull. Lastly is the Normal Map. This allows surface level detail to be added without the 3d model needing to be made. Good for skin-tight clothes like Trunks or Wristbands and also nipples, scars, fingernails, etc. This was all done to increase it's quality whilst optimising it's performance.

I'm currently working on lowering its polycount.

it's a rob thing....unable to post anything usefull....

anyways I like it any chance you can whip it out into a fbx or whatever model I am curious if something will work and this would give me a great chance to test it.....not telling what it is unless it works though lol

I'll assume it's just that he's in an awkward pose then... The shoulders aren't as wide as they look, neither are the length between the legs. His arms are also going to be bulkier...

I do not even know if this is going to make a difference or not but the first thing I thought of when I looked at the photo of him looking forward as I looked at his ears was elves from mid evil games. like I said I do not know if this is opinion mean anything or not.

I'll sort out the ears in a bit. I'm going to remodel the shoulders completely but it shouldn't take me long. I'll upload another one of him later this weekend in a better pose so you guys can get a better look at him.

Ok, so I've reworked the shoulders now, then chucked a skeleton in it for demo purposes (so it looks a little messy) but from this you get a much better view of how he looks in a normal posture.

Also, he currently weighs in at 4286 polys, 8144 tris. Trying to get it to below 8000 tris but I'm pretty happy with it now. I won't be making any more changes to it geometry wise now unless people don't like it of course.
